The College Basketball Invitational, for reasons that are clear to someone, crowns its champion with a three-game series that tips off tonight in Richmond. VCU, an NIT snub and the only CBI participant to rank in the TAPE top 100, is clearly the class of this tournament. The Rams have about a 75% chance of winning the championship series.
